1. What does the name Tri-D Innovations mean?
The name “Tri-D” is derived from the three basic services we offer to our clients: Design, Develop, and Deliver.

2.What do you mean when you say design, develop, and deliver?
Our definition of these services is as follows:
Design
- creating the right product and packaging.
Develop
- understanding the Marketing plan, then managing the costs, quality, and manufacturing issues that are needed to achieve success.
Deliver
- getting the product to the right place at the right time

3. Why would a large company with a lot of resources want to work with TDI?
Most large companies are already working on multiple programs at any given time, and may not have the flexibility to staff for new opportunities when they arise.  TDI provides for this flexibility with our own staff who are already experts in the field.  Additionally, these programs will be looked at with fresh eyes and a different point of view, which can provide a new perspective and energy to any existing team.

4. What if I am a small company?  Do I have to be of a certain size for TDI to work with me?
No.  TDI works with large and small companies alike.  Whenever we see an opportunity, large or small that has potential, we’re excited to be a part of it.

5. If TDI gets involved, won’t my costs be higher?
Taking into consideration TDI’s ability to purchase commodities in volume, our design, manufacturing, and logistics support, along with the fact that our services allow companies to pursue programs they otherwise wouldn’t be able to, our clients believe TDI to be a good value.

6.We want to continue to use our brand name.
Is that a problem for TDI?
No.  TDI frequently does private label work.  We work as part of your team, and can even assist with your client.  We will be as involved as you want us to be.

7. How do I keep track of my orders with TDI?  Do you provide schedules?
All client orders are tracked with key development and ship dates, and are monitored weekly.  This information as well as actual shipping information is maintained on our secure website.  You can sign on with your confidential user name and password to view your up-to-date information. This feature is targeted to be in service at mid year 2006.

8. Do my customers need to know that TDI is a part of my program?
No.  We work for you, and our relationship can be as confidential as you want.

9. We work with very large retailers.  Can TDI handle large order quantities and complicated programs?
Absolutely.  TDI has a proven record of delivering high-volume programs with very short turnaround times.  We have shipped programs for Wal-Mart, Target, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, QVC, and Sam’s Club just to name a few.  If there were to be any capacity issues, we would raise that concern very early in the development stage.

10. What are the freight terms when working with TDI?
The freight terms can be either FOB port of shipment, where you would manage the goods to the destination and deal with customs, duties and fees, freight costs, etc., or we can provide the goods FOB your dock or other designated destination, where we would handle all of the above issues.

11. Does TDI offer any payment terms?
Yes.  Once we have established a working relationship and credit has been verified, we can extend reasonable payment terms to our clients.

12. What if I want to do the designing within our own company and have TDI do the sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics work?
Not a problem.  We have had clients who have done just that.  You decide how involved you want TDI to be.
